+ Ayer recibo por fin la confirmación vía el blog whole larder love que la casa que envié a Australia a principios de Septiembre ha llegado a su destino. Me ha hecho muchísima ilusión ver y saber que una de mis pequeñas creaciones cuelga en el jardín de una familia que vive a miles de kilómetros de distancia, y que va a ser testigo de los esfuerzos, por parte de sus nuevos propietarios, por cultivar con éxito todos aquellos productos con los que intentan ser autosuficientes, sin tener que depender de los grandes supermercados para su alimentación.

+ Rohan, me ha comentado que las principales especies que revolotean por su huerta son los flame robin, los pardalote y los silver eye. Preciosos. Espero, ahora que allí comienza la primavera y las aves están en época de cría, poder llegar a ver a una de estas especies haciendo suya esta casa.

+Yesterday I recieved the confirmation via whole larder love that the house I sent to Australia in early September has reached its destination. It has made me thrilled to see and know that one of my little creations is hanging in the garden of a family living thousands of miles away, and it will witness the efforts by its new owners, to cultivate successfully  all those products to try to be self-sufficient without relying on large supermarkets for food.

+ Rohan, told me that the main species flit through his garden are the flame robin, the Pardalote and silver eye. Beautiful. Hopefully, now that spring begins there and the birds are in breeding season, to get to see one of these species make up this house.
